1. Who we are
Panju CoreVault Private Limited (“CoreVault,” “we,” “us”) is a company based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India, building immersion-cooled, India-resident AI compute. Mo OS is our internal operations platform: it helps us manage CoreVault’s own marketing, communications, and business presence. This policy explains what data Mo OS handles and how. Questions? Email shiv@panjucorevault.com.
2. Google user data we access
When an authorized operator of CoreVault connects a Google account to Mo OS, we request only the narrow permissions needed to publish and manage CoreVault’s own channels. Specifically:
- YouTube (
youtube.upload)— to upload and publish videos to CoreVault’s own YouTube channel on the operator’s behalf. We do not read, browse, or collect other users’ YouTube data. - Google Business Profile (
business.manage)— to create posts, update information, and manage CoreVault’s own Google Business Profile listing (the listing that appears on Google Search and Maps). - Basic profile information (name, email address, and account identifier) — used solely to identify which authorized account is connected and to display it back to the operator.
3. Why we use it
The sole purpose is to let CoreVault’s own operators publish CoreVault’s own content and manage CoreVault’s own business listing from one place. Every publish or change is initiated and approved by an authorized human operator. We never use Google data for advertising profiling, and we never access data belonging to accounts other than the one explicitly connected.
4. How we store and protect it
OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored on CoreVault’s own infrastructure in India, in access-restricted configuration files with filesystem permissions limited to the operator (mode 600). Tokens are never committed to source control, never embedded in client-side code, and never exposed in a browser. Access is limited to the single authorized operator. We retain tokens only for as long as the integration is active; when access is revoked or the integration is removed, the associated tokens are deleted.
5. We never sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade Google user data — or any personal data — to third parties. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. Google user data is used only for the operational purposes described above.
6. Limited Use disclosure
Mo OS’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI/ML models, and we do not transfer it except as necessary to provide or improve the user-facing features described here, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with prior notice.
7. Revoking access
You can revoke Mo OS’s access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page. Revocation immediately stops all further access; any stored tokens for that account become invalid and are deleted. You may also email us at shiv@panjucorevault.com to request deletion.
8. Other data
The public CoreVault website (panjucorevault.com) is a static site and does not require you to sign in. If you email us or submit a request, we use your message and contact details only to respond to you.
9. Your rights
Consistent with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you by emailing shiv@panjucorevault.com.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our integrations evolve. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
