1. Acceptance
By connecting a Google account to Mo OS or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. What Mo OS is
Mo OS is the internal operations platform of Panju CoreVault Private Limited. It helps authorized CoreVault operators manage the company’s own marketing, communications, and business presence — including publishing to CoreVault’s own channels on connected platforms such as YouTube and Google Business Profile. It is intended for use by CoreVault and its authorized operators, not as a general-purpose consumer product.
3. Authorized use
You agree to use Mo OS only with accounts and assets you are authorized to manage, and only for lawful purposes. You will not use the services to send spam, to publish unlawful content, to violate the terms of any connected platform (including Google, YouTube, and Meta platform policies), or to access data you are not authorized to access.
4. Connected accounts and platform policies
When you connect a third-party account (such as Google), your use of that account through Mo OS remains subject to that platform’s own terms and policies. Our handling of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You may revoke access at any time.
5. No warranty
The services and the website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Panju CoreVault Private Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the services.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the services at any time, including for violation of these terms or of a connected platform’s policies. You may stop using the services and revoke connected-account access at any time.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
